This unique house, designed by NEXT 50 ARCHITECTS with Stuart McKenzie Hall as the project architect, has reached the final stages of Passive House Certification. A super high performance building using 90% less energy for heating and cooling than a standard home, constructed using prefabricated CLT technology from STORA ENSO and Triple Glazed German windows and doors from Unilux. Builder, Justin O'Connor, did an outstanding job...Justin's own home is the 1st certified PH home in Tassie.
