HOW WE DO IT

The Baha'i Centre of Learning Project, completed in 2008, was the first in Tasmania to receive the Green Star As-built certification, 5 Star Rating for an education facility. To date it is the only building to achieve this standard in Tasmania in it's classification. Six stars is the maximum that can be achieved and is usually only achieved by very high budget projects as the costs of a certification are often prohibitive for a smaller project given the costs of specialist consultants.
