This home is our most ambitious design and construct project to date, with the highest level of specification, air-tightness, thermal efficiency and finish.  The house is split over four stories, cut into the rock of the steep site, taking advantage of the breath-taking views from Mount Wellington to the Derwent River.  The house features Triple glazing, 180mm thick highly insulated walls using cellulose fibre, ventilation with heat recovery, insulated thermal mass concrete floors, concealed LED lighting and the list goes on.
