Situated on a beautiful headland with 180° views of the ocean, this house achieve the best of the views and solar gain. Triple glazed UNILUX windows and doors and air-tight with heat recovery ventilation, thus far the house, occupied since late 2013 has not required any heating to maintain +20°C temperatures day and night.

Certified Five Star Green Star As-built rating for education buildings - first to achieve this rating in Tasmania, and one of just a handful that achieved this level of complete sustainability assessment in Australia. Six stars is the highest rating signifying World First, Five Stars signifies Australian Excellence.
